Birmingham Children’s Trust

What a fantastic way to wrap up the week! Spent some time with the Birmingham Children’s Trust (England) Care Leavers Covenant, listening, empowering, and sparking hope in our incredible Youth. Together Embark Learning with Fairway Healthcare are smashing barriers and paving the way for a brighter future in the care industry. Keep pushing, keep believing, and let’s create a world where every young person’s potential is fulfilled! I gave lots of options and booked four great candidates onto our care SWAP including The Prince’s Trust youth care programme.

Thank you Alex Hillman, Juliette Watson and the team for the great event and exceptional work you do to help these youngsters 👏🏽👏🏽

Also had the privilege as a guest speaker endorsing the exceptional work done by Smart Works Charity at the recent presentation organised by Jamal Miah from Ingeus which included Serco Citizen Services UK&E and their partners. Witnessing firsthand the incredible impact they are having in supporting women into employment is truly inspiring. The partnership between Embark Learning and Smart Works Charity is playing a key role in building women’s confidence and helping them into work. Big congratulations to Ann Louise Powell Emma King and the entire Smart Works Charity team for their unwavering dedication! Rosemary Ashworth Jess Beider

I urge organisations to reach out to Ann and the Smart Works team to see how they can help support their female clients into work.

A massive thank you to Jamal MiahAnna OwensMichael C Watson AIEP, AMCI Claire Fiore and the team for a great event. Our partnership continues to grow, ultimately changing lives and helping claimants into work. Great to see the other partners too Clive Thomas
