A huge well done to our Aspiring Trainer – Ana, who has assisted her first group of learners to become new Carers!
Ana started in 2020 with Embark Learning, completing My Care Portfolio and starting work with Fairway. After 4 months she moved permanently to a residential care home and became a senior carer.
Nearly 2 years later she is back at Embark Learning , but now as Aspiring Trainer.
