We have already made a difference to thousands of lives across the west midlands. Due to huge demand, we are growing our dedicated quality Training Team across our learning centres in the West Midlands.

The academy delivers a range of courses including:

  • Mandatory training (including practical First Aid including CPR and Moving & Handling)
  • CPD training (including Neurodiversity Awareness, Domestic Abuse & Violence and Menopause Awareness)
  • Clinical training (including Tracheostomy, Syringe Driver and Venepuncture)
  • People Moving & Handling – Train the Trainer courses

We are looking for experienced health and social care professionals with the following;

  • A very strong track record in the health and social care sector
  • Recent experience of marking /assessing adult care qualifications (ie Certificate / Diploma in Adult Care at Level 2 and Level 3)
  • An assessing qualification (CAVA, A1, D32/33)

Essential requirements:

  • Have your own car and a willingness to travel
  • A qualified healthcare professional with demonstrable experience
  • AET (Award in Education Training) or equivalent teaching qualification
